To have success as a rep, you can’t do everything yourself. There have been many times where I have called with numerous issues and instead of having to drop what I’m doing and tie up every loose end, I call relationship management. They help with every issue and make sure everything is done right so the deal can be finished. Never have I called with a problem that they have not been able to fix.
